List of Engineering works

This section lists all types of work performed by the engineering company MISTPROEKT LTD. Examples of work for each type can be found in the “Projects” section.

New construction—the construction of structures, complexes of structures, which is carried out with the aim of creating production and non-production facilities, as well as linear objects of engineering and transport infrastructure.

Reconstruction—the restructuring of construction objects put into operation in accordance with the established procedure, which involves improving production, increasing its technical and economic level, improving the quality of operation, changing the main technical and economic indicators (geometric dimensions).

Overhaul—a set of works that involve interference with load-bearing structures when replacing or restoring structures of duly commissioned construction objects without changing their functional purposes and external geometric dimensions due to their physical deterioration and destruction, improving operational performance, as well as landscaping. Overhaul involves the suspension of the operation of the facility as a whole or its parts (subject to their autonomy) for the duration of the work.

Inspection—determination of the technical condition of structures for the purpose of issuing repair measures and further operation.

Author’s supervision—control during the period of construction and commissioning of the facility in order to ensure that the engineering and technical solutions and technical and economic indicators of the facility are in line with the indicators and solutions provided for in the project.
