Transport interchange near the Dnipro metro station in Kyiv, Ukraine

The overpass is located on Naberezhnoe Highway in Kyiv and allows the traffic flow from the Metro Bridge to make a left turn towards Druzhby Narodiv Avenue without obstruction. In terms of plan, the structure is located on a circular curve with a radius of 19 m. The superstructure of the overpass is a continuous cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure.

Despite the limited space available for construction due to existing urban infrastructure, the complex landscape, and the need to keep traffic flowing without interruption during construction on one of the city's busiest thoroughfares, the overpass blends well with the architecture of Kiev. The design team won second place in the competition for the best buildings and facilities built and commissioned in 2011 in the category “Engineering structures and transport infrastructure facilities.” Project and working documentation for the construction of a transport interchange near the Dnipro metro station.
